The food was ok. The service however was terrible. I sat at a table for 10 minutes before a server came and ask me what I wanted. I had not even been given a menu. I was in a hurry and said can I just go ahead and order. She walked away as if I was not even there. She then came back 5 minutes or so later with a glass of water and a menu. I ordered a bacon cheese burger. The food was cooked well and fast. Then the same server brought me the food and left never to return. She brought no napkins, or silverware. Never asked me if I needed anything or if everything was ok. She never came back. Fact is I did not see her again till I paid the check and she pointed where I was to tip her. My tip is...
Friendly service. I think the staff was mostly new, so while our orders were correct for the most part, I won't be one to complain for the few little things that was missing or not how it would be made normally. The ladies there were all working super hard and we appreciate them! The food was great and our server was so sweet!
Please accelerate it. Literally wait almost an hour for Big House Breakfast. Now I've eaten almost 25 years at HH. Something is up when your house is NOT packed and a person waits so long. Sah down at busier Waffle King in chats, ordered and had my record in 15 minutes max. So disappointed HH! Be better.
Charlene is a keeper. She was our cook/waitress /cashier and greeter. No one else showed up for work. Our meal was delicious. We appreciated her and her boss should too. Someone that works that hard and doesn't complain deserves a raise. (A big one) Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ginger was our waitress and she was very respectful and our food came in a timely manner. Always asked if we were good. Drinks never ran out. And food was good. She is an amazing waitress and has a great attitude. We are there every week.
While the food they had was good, it always seems that they are from something important like a main menu and a drink. In addition, they are heavily underused.
The food was decent and the service was slow. Probably because they had only 2 people working a whole house. Not the worker's fault.

Dirty dishes everywhere, they refuse the service for all others come covered with dirty dishes due to all tables.
