For my main course, I chose the 20oz dry-aged bone-in ribeye cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection, boasting fantastic flavor and tenderness. As for the sides, we had truffle mashed potatoes, lobster mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and onion rings. Everything was excellent, but I particularly loved the creamed spinach.
For dessert, I had the cheesecake topped with fresh berries, which was outstanding and came in a nice portion size. We hosted a family party here this weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had the wine cellar all to ourselves, which made our night even more special. They even allowed us to play our own playlist. Gino and Ari went above and beyond to accommodate every detail, from the initial planning to placing the candles in the cake. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable.
