I was in hadleigh yesterday. I went to the huffers cafe. they have an incredible selection of fishing, both of which are as good as anything they will find in the top foods of the world. I had the chance to try breakfast, fish and chips. this delicious caffe serves best fish that are so good that you would hear the people who whisper over them about havingleigh in hushy tones. but hey, I think fish and chips and the breakfast you have to scream so well. every single element of the fish and chips has been perfectly thought through. a precious stone of a teller that shows that when eating is so good, it is less often more. epic level of toughness with thick, tricky frying. Arrived and they were busy so said to wait 5 -10 mins for a table to be free so we waited and then was seated, ordered our food from a wide variety of items. Our food was ordered and served within 10 mins, brillaint customer service and food service! 10/10 for taste, 10/10 for service.
for traditional lunch. I had a lamb. my wife had chicken roast. both are excellent. good veg selection. not overcooked. good portions. with tea and coffee over £25! recommended for an unpretentious British food experience.
Both had jacket potatoes excellent size and hot with a nice garnish and reasonably priced sat outside all very civilised we will be back visited yesterday
