I really enjoyed the papaya salad and the tub tim krob dessert, however the frog legs were served so dry I couldn?t tell what they tasted like. It was my first time trying them and I tried to reheat them even but the meat was just too dry and tough tounderstand it. It said it was supposed to be crispy but it wasn?t. It was my first time and I imagined it being succulent. Youcan see here after a light reheating they are kind of like the texture of a dry mushroom with dry meat inside. It?s hard totrust a place that would serve that especially with so much raw meat on the menu. It makes me question if they care about thepreparation.

I used to really enjoy this place, but I've noticed some changes lately. I'm disappointed to find that my container isn't being filled all the way—this has happened more than once. I tend to get frustrated when my plate isn't full; it’s a cultural thing for me to prefer seeing abundance. I believe many others, especially in the Asian community, can relate to this feeling. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, kitchen staff, or policies, but I urge you to ensure that the food and drinks are served close to the top. It’s disheartening to see it looking so sparse.
I used to like this place a lot. But recently they?ve been cutting corners. I?m disappointed that the container is not fully filled. This is not first time. I?m the type of person who gets irritated when my plate is not full. Even though it?s not full, then reach to the line. It?s a cultural thing for me to see things full. And I believe many Asians will understand this. Thishappens recently. I don?t know if management changed or kitchen personnel changed or policy changed. But please make sure foodand drinks are almost full. I don?t like seeing this which is sad.
5 of us came here on a holiday (Memorial Day) and got a lot of dishes to share! We got two types of papaya salad and enjoyed both. The steamed fish was definitely a highlight! The fish was so fresh and the sauces that came with it was amazing. Theservice was wonderful and the owner (I think) talked to us about the food and how to enjoy the food properly. We did wait forabout 30 minutes for a table but the place is quite small. Though, this is one of those places that is worth the wait if youwant authentic Thai food! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant offers some of the most authentic Thai food in New York City. You'll enjoy it even if you're not familiar with Thai cuisine. I highly recommend the Larb Pla, which features crispy Tilapia served with fresh vegetables and sticky rice. The flavor is phenomenal, with a sauce that perfectly complements the tangy, sweet, and spicy fried fish, creating an incredible umami experience thanks to the fish sauce. Don't forget to enjoy every bite of the crispy tilapia, including the small bones!
Some of the most authentic Thai food NYC has to offer. You know you?re getting good Thai food when you?re the only non Thai person there. Highly highly recommend ordering the Larb Pla, a crispy tilapia served with fresh veggies and sticky rice. Theflavor was phenomenal, with the sauce being the best company to the fried fish tangy, sweet, spicy, and an immense umami ofthe fish sauce. And remember to munch on every single piece of that crunchy tilapia (yes, even the small little bones)
One of the best Thai restaurants in NYC. This restaurant focuses on northern Thai food which you often do not fine. Therefore you will not see the typical Tom yum soup or pad Thai. Instead, signature dishes are in there signature Tom zap soup, friedfish, and papaya salad. They have a variety of papaya salads with my fav being the one with salted egg yolk. Recommend orderingthe set for best bang for buck and sharing. Set gets you an appetizer or soup, protein entree, and sticky rice.
Extremely flavorful dishes, very nice service, and cozy atmosphere. We had the papaya salad the sour sausage crispy rice (nam khao tod), which did not disappoint. I haven’t had such a combination of tang and spice in a while. Definitely will be back again! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I loved everything we ordered. The Som Tum Thai is just as good as the ones I?ve had in Thailand. The pork bbq was excellent; tender and full of flavor. I?ll definitely be back to try their other som tum offerings and lunch specials.
The best Thai food I've ever tried in New York City. I highly recommend it!
