This is hard. The line staff person was handling a situation just fine. I ordered online and my order didn't go thru. Disappointed and frustrated I wanted to go and order my food. A female with blue hair used for id purposes only, interrupted the young man helping me. She repeatedly insisted I call another store to see if my order was there. I repeatedly insisted I just wanted to order pizza and I was not interested in her rude interruption of the person. To which she responded, you talk to me I'm the manager. I again stated, I want to order pizza. She then escalated by saying I could leave. I said I want to order pizza. To which she responded I won't be disrespected. To which I said you jus...
I am quick to leave a bad review, but rarely leave 5 star reviews. I ordered a large pizza with a great deal of special aspects to the pizza (extra sauce, crust flavoring and so on). There were a plethora of items that could have been missed. Not only did they get all of them right, but it was cooked perfectly! I can appreciate when someone does their job well and this was a job VERY WELL DONE! My wife told me that there was a new ownership sign. If this is the new ownership then sign me up as a weekly customer. Great work to all!
had a issue and questioned the high price of my order but after discussing tye misunderstanding with the gentlemen working the cashier, everything seemed to check out fine. next time ill pay closer attention to all the fine print price add ons i guess over all i give this place a 5 great food like always thanks hungry howies team keep up the great work and customer satisfaction.
I've got nothing but great things to say about the mason store since the ownership changed, good food, great service. You can definitely tell the difference.
