Well, it's a Hungry Jacks so you know what you're getting! The restaurant area is generally pretty clean, and they have a playground accessible from inside for the kids.I mostly use the drive thru for a quick burger or breakfast and had a period where the staff would slip an extra hash brown into the bag when I'd order a breakfast combo. Not sure if it was policy or still happens but it was a nice touch and set this location apart from all the others I'd been to over my lifetime.
I placed an order through Menulog and unfortunately, the driver forgot one of my bags, leaving it behind. When I went to the store to retrieve it, they were very understanding and apologetic, despite the mistake not being their fault. It was reassuring to see that they still cared about the situation, even though it wasn't directly their problem.
Was left waiting in my half hour lunch break while the staff talked in the back about what they were doing on the weekend and who was going to clean the toilets. Bad bad bad service. Food was cold and got the order wrong as well. Shame on you Blackwood hungry jacks. Won't be back.

This place serves the best burger ever. When I unwrapped the burger, it looked exactly like the picture on the menu board. If you're a fan of Hungry Jack's, this store is definitely worth the visit.
You get what you pay for but have to agree that the burgers (chicken and vegi) are better. It's fast food and all that comes with it but if you're in a hurry and have the kids well....

Had a great meal and you cannot go wrong with the 5 dollar super stunner. It's in a quiet spot with a great playground for the kids
