The butter chicken was overly colored but lacking in taste, and the tandoori chicken was dry, tasteless, and had a spoiled smell. I ended up throwing both dishes away because I didn’t want to compromise my health. I'm very, very disappointed! I wish there were a way to rate them negatively because there's nothing good about this place. Most of the food ended up in the trash.
Thanks for making us spend money on something we couldn't eat. If they continue to provide subpar food like watery buttermilk and spoiled chicken, they won't be able to sustain their business. They really need to focus on offering quality food to succeed, otherwise, they're likely to close down.
The mirchi salan comes as a side in a small container, so I wouldn't suggest ordering it separately unless you want a larger portion. Additionally, the wait time for our order was initially listed as 20 minutes, but it ended up taking about 45 minutes to be ready.
Lastly, they should ideally provide extra raita and chutney, but we received none. When we asked for extras, the server didn’t have a very pleasant attitude. So, while the food is good, the service experience left much to be desired, particularly due to the spice issue.
I recently ordered a boneless chicken dum biryani and was shocked to find chicken Manchurian and colored rice mixed in. You are tarnishing the reputation of Hyderabadi biryani and Paradise Hotel. I've had biryani at this location before and, while it was a dine-in experience, it wasn't terrible. However, this time it felt like a waste of time driving all the way from San Francisco to Fremont, and of course, a waste of money too.
A fantastic restaurant for Indo-Chinese cuisine! I visited with my family, and we really enjoyed our meal. The Indo-Chinese dishes and momos were absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful in guiding us through the menu. I had a hard time choosing from so many options and ended up trying several dishes. Everything was simply outstanding!

Been going to their Milpitas location for years and was happy to hear they opened a Fremont location. Went for lunch and ordered chicken 65 and garlic naan. Both were hot and fresh. The 65 had the perfect amount of spicy and the bread was baked perfectly. Fair prices and friendly staff will definitely be coming here for their biryani next time.
Not an honest operator. Has coupons on the back of Safeway receipts but does not honor them despite following all the convoluted directions. Given so many other nearby restaurants, I am never going again just for this 1 reason. Those 5$ do not make a difference to him/me but the attitude dishonesty is a big no.
The quality of the food and service was very disappointing. It felt like a waste of both money and time, and I cannot recommend this place. We ordered Chicken 65, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Dum Chicken Biryani, along with butter naan and garlic naan. We visited last Monday during lunchtime.
I suggest that if you want to have real Hyderabadi food or Indian food, do visit this precious place.. it's a gem in USA for Foodies..do try Tea here. Believe me it opens all your taste bud's.

Terrible food chicken biryani, tandoori chicken that seemed like bought from Costco with no flavor. Disappointing that a restaurant can operate like this.
The area feels quite shady. The garlic naan was so tough that it took both hands to break it apart. The veg biryani didn't meet expectations either.
