Today was the last straw. I would rather get a waxy colonoscopy with a cheese sorter than suffer from the colossal waste of time that is Hyvee Online-Aisles. In my two years as a customer, they never even got my order right. Frequently they invite me for items and forget to put them in my bags, which require me to go back to the store a few hours later. Articles they claim are not in stock are certainly in stock when I go back to the store. On the basis of these and the products I am given, I can only close the employees who do shopping, must be blind or useful. Today was an even worse experience it took 45 minutes to tell us that they placed our order incorrectly and they simply did not. I...
It's been a minute since I've been to this Hy-Vee, and by minute, I mean several years.. BUT, they offer grocery delivery through their Hy-Vee Aisles Online Grocery shopping system and I wanted to let people know about it during COVID-19. We used this when we were quarantined in a much more fun way, shortly after our newborn came home from the hospital and when we had a hefty queue of Netflix shows to binge. The last thing we wanted to spend time on was in-person grocery shopping, which echoes the current times we're in. Today I needed 6 ounces of Nappa cabbage and there was only a very big cabbage for sale. I was pleased to be offered help from the people working in production. They tore the right amount for my recipe instead of wasting the whole head. Maybe the routine service was, but I wouldn't have done it alone and didn't expect it. Thank you. HyVee!
I enjoy this Hy-Vee as much as you can enjoy a grocery store. They have a wide range of foods. I enjoy their selection of health food, nice staff and clean shopping conditions. I really enjoy the mobile order. It's so easy to drive up and they put the food in my car and I'm on my way. I'm leaving the way to go to this grocery store.
