Being lactose intolerant can make it difficult to find places that offer non-dairy options, but I was thrilled to discover that The Ice Cream House had exactly what I was craving - a milkshake! I ordered through Uber Eats and was impressed by the cute to-go packaging and the non-dairy stickers on the bag. The milkshake was carefully packaged with no spills and even included a big straw for easy enjoyment. Although it wasn't as thick as I had hoped, the taste was incredible from the first sip. I quickly finished it and will definitely be ordering again soon!
Never order this place online. They purposely don't deliver food for you. If you order small order, they give you big $6 off just for attracting traffic. But they don't deliver at all. I'm sick today with fever need ice cream. This was my first time try this place Brooklyn Borough Park location I waited for two hours but the delivery is not here. No humanity. I had to cancel and I will never try online or offline this place .
Horrible customer service , I got very little ice cream , place is filthy. I recommend not coming here ever!!!!Very pricey for 1 scoop! 1 of the servers spit on my ice cream and I found hair on my daughters ice cream!

Everything is great. Especially recommend the salad bar. They let you put as many toppings as you want for one price.
The ice cream at this place is freshly made and incredibly creamy. I highly recommend trying the soft serve.
Large ice cream with 4 scoops is definitely worth the $7 and change. If they change the price, it won’t be.
