): used to be pretty good and actually served ramen but that was over a year ago. then they underwent new management or whatever and since then the quality has steadily declined. they do udon and that """Japanese"" but Korean cuisine - and they do it lazily. portions are small, ingredients are old. for some reason the waitstaff is always blind to me wanting to order no matter how long I've been waving my hands. this happens every time and with different staff so I want to give them the benefit of the doubvt and attribute it to the narrowness of the venue? idk lol  the reasons why I come back are largely due to habit and convenience. but also they serve yakisoba/yakiudon and do it well....

Pretty sure this place has changed owners and name to Dadop Ichiraku. Menu is a little different, no pictures and pretty brief descriptions of each dish. They have set menu A,B,C but no explanation as to what's included in it. Restaurant fills up well for a Monday night. Order teriyaki bento, karage chicken bento & 2 ramens. Pricing and portion sizes are decent. Service isn't too bad, bit of language barrier between one of the waitors when we wanted to change seats due to the cigarette smell coming in from outside. Light soy ramen tasted a little bland, otherwise the rest were all pretty flavourful. Not bad considering I have my bias towards Zenya

Visited here for a Sunday lunch and ordered my usual lunch set (tontoro - pork cheeks in a ginger sauce - for $10.90) to see whether anything has changed after the recent name (and management?) change. The general consensus from the lunch group was that the food wasn't as good as before. I believe they may be changing their restaurant direction as they weren't serving ramen on the day (vague excuses about having no ramen or no soup available... but TBH, I think they may no longer be selling ramen at all) and they recently installed a new sashimi bar.

I think Ichiraku has changed owners over the past couple of months as the name is now 'Dadop Ichiraku'. The menu has also slightly changed, there used to be many image references for their meals and now its all just wording.. I preferred the picture menu. The pork soup base ramens are a favourite for the family to order, we also enjoy the bento boxes. The teriyaki salmon is done quite well here and is another favourite pick for the family. Food is very good value for what you get. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We visited this restaurant for the first time in almost a year and were extremely disappointed with the food and the ambience. We ordered a chicken teriyaki bento, which came with a small portion of chicken and sashimi that was not fresh and already beginning to get mushy. We also ordered a californian sushi roll which had only one small piece of prawn, with 30% of the sushi being salad leaves and the rest being just plain rice.  Won't be coming back.

It used to be a good restaurant but has recently changed ownership and become a 'Korean Japanese' restaurant. They served us undercooked, foul-smelling salmon and when I complained the owner got angry and then the chef came out and berated us for not knowing what fresh fish smells like. Terrible experience, and we won't be going back again.

I like to come here for their lunch bentos. They are extremely generous with the amount of food. I especially applaud them for making a great salad in the bentos. My favourite is the teriyaki chicken bento and not bad with the price considering the generous amount of chicken served.

We were regulars before the change of ownership and visited a couple of times after. The food is still quite good, though the place and menu looks less Japanese has more of a cheap feel, with a huge live fish tank. The salmon teriyaki and ton-toro shoga are still good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Pretty sure the owner has changed as their decoration becomes more Korean and the menu changed a little bit as well, but their dishes still tastes like they used to be. I would recommend teriyaki salmon and chicken nanbam.
