Quite disappointed with their service tonight. It was my first time there but I don’t think I would ever go there again. They were busy when I got there around 9:20pm. There were several orders ahead of us so I patiently waited. I had ordered two items. The order before us got some of their items and then they skipped to many others after me. Then went back some previous orders. There wasn’t any rhyme or reason how they were making each order. Seeing they were skipping around I waited little longer before inquiring about rest of my order and learned they had no plans to make my second order. The girl working there went around to each employee asking if they had made my order and all said no....
I was a regular here but completely stopped going in the last year or so. The product is good: fresh, delicious ice cream made with simple ingredients and you can taste the natural flavors. My issue is the price. Just take a look at the older menu photos on google, a cup used to be $7 a few years ago and now it's $12. You can get a decent full meal for slightly more. I understand inflation is a factor but that's too much. Either they miscalculated costs and had to adjust or are simply over charging. This place is a special treat. We come here to turn a no plans, low key, boring spring break into an awesome day. It is pricey $12 bowl) but you do get unlimited toppings. Sort of a dive bar hole in the wall feel seeing as you got random whiffs of the next door shops pork belly and dim sum running through the shop not the worst thing though! It's part of the Lion Shopping Center. Workers are helpful, friendly, patient in explaining the menu process if you are a first timer or just want to know what kind of options there are in variety, cup splitting, etc. The ice cream is unique and utterly delicious.
Hubby and kids went today to get their favorite ice cream and ohh my, 4 ice cream now costs us $36. Toppings used to be unlimited but now we were charged $0.50 cents for each topping. Staff clearly told hubby he needs to place his own order in the iPad and if he doesn't know, than he can't be helped. Used to be one of our favorites but now gotta find something that isn't as expensive with not friendly service.

the manager and the employees are extremely unprofessional and rude, I would not recommend coming unless you wanna get treated with an attitude, rudely or wait a long time to get your order in. The place was also super dirty I felt like I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream there without worrying about all the germs flying around. They need to do better
The manager was on his phone the entire time and not helping whatsoever. Employees were unprofessional and looked miserable the whole time here but considering how the manager handled the store, i wasn't shocked. The place was dirty as well. I would not recommend coming here unless they had an entire new staff.
I was like go to this place with my children every day to eat ice cream but I have very bud feeling last time was Saturday I order 4 ice cream but one of tha lady make my Ice cream with very bud face she was have a diferente color of clothes she looks like don’t like work there I always gives good tips
Visited for the first time but definitely won?t be the last. Nicely made, all flavors were equally balanced. Recommended for dessert! Nice ambience!
