As soon as we walked in the door we felt right at home, we were greeted promptly with a smile even though they were very busy. Out wait time was less than 10 minutes (party of two). As I was waiting I observed the 3 cooks working together like they were family (in a good way lol). Everyone was busy but still friendly and attentive. Our waitress Ugla was absolutely amazing, helped with food decision and I watched her handle a difficult customer and she had them all laughing by the end of the results and everyone left happy. The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! Typically, these types of establishments can be a bit chilly, and I had forgotten to bring a blanket to cover my shoulders. However, the waitress quickly offered to adjust the air conditioning for us, which was very helpful and kind. Due to Covid, the restaurant has installed clear dividers between tables and serves everything in individual packaging. I ordered the home-style steak and, as usual, it was delicious. In conclusion, this restaurant has a fantastic team, and I thoroughly enjoy having breakfast here on weekend mornings.
If all Iphop the same service, attention and aromas of this would be great. Unfortunately, the way of heaven is terrible and the attention of the worst had already mentioned it. In this other one we have already returned, the only thing is that there were no onion rings at both visits! the waitress today Sunday is very attentive and fast!!! and only her! Congratulations to this waitress! the Omelet was delicious! We live closer to the other restaurant, but the service was so bad that we decided not to return. We prefer this a bit further from the house, but really excellent!
We went for breakfast and were seated relatively quickly. Our server was fantastic - attentive, timely, and efficient. She took our orders promptly and ensured we were well taken care of. She even kept us updated on the status of my friend's toast, which was running late. This level of service was a pleasant surprise, as we had experienced inconsistency at other establishments. Denise is phenomenal and we recommend requesting her when you go. However the GM, Nicole, is epitome of bad management. Rude to guest and to co-workers in front of guest. I would re-evaluate the GM placed at the 5001 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706 location if the restaurant wants to continue to be successful.
I had breakfast with my teenage son on 7/8/21. Denise was incredibly sweet and our breakfast was served very quickly. It was not like the usual IHOP experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. Denise really helped us start our day of exploring on a positive note.
Amazing as always!!! When I‘m in the States, I always visit IHOP for breakfast (and I always order the same things … Pancakes and eggs are delicious, prices totally ok for what you get and the staff very friendly and helpful! I will return for sure!
