I visited this restaurant for the second time since the pandemic. It was not very crowded, with only four tables including mine occupied. Despite the low number of customers, there was a bit of a wait before our food arrived. My hash browns were bland, but the specialty pancakes of the month were decent. The two young ladies I was with enjoyed their meals - one had a chicken sandwich (just chicken tenders on bread) and the other had french toast. The table condiments were not wiped down properly, as the salt and pepper shakers were sticky from syrup. It makes me question if the items are being cleaned. This specific location is the best service i have ever gotten from ANY dining place. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while and not once have we gotten treated with anything less than a family type love and respect. Specifically Barbara and Adam have continued to make our breakfasts the best they could be. For the kindness these hard working people give, i would wait hours for a short stack. Some people don't understand what it means to be understaffed but through all of that stress every employee here continues to keep smiles on their faces and a great attitude. PLUS their rewards app is amazing I highly suggest it.
I was very surprised the place wasn't crowded at all. there was only one waitress and she was trying to handle all of the guests by herself, taking orders, serving the orders ,cleaning up after the guests have left ,by the time our food came it wasn't as hot as it should have been, but we still gave the young lady a tip because she was working by herself, I know it's hard not having enough workers to handle customer crowds because of the pandemic , so yes we have to pack our patients when we going out to restaurant, because of the covid-19 we pray and ask for all the workers,

Their sweet hostess Susie made this experience lovely! Her pleasant and sincere attitude made it feel like we were genuinely cared for. She not only sat us at our table where we were served by someone else she still checked around on everyone even after being seated. She was non stop on her feet helping around making everyone smile while the door dash orders and constant people came rolling in. Thank you Susie!
The food at this restaurant was tasty, although it was served warm rather than hot. The service was incredibly slow, but this was not the fault of the server, who was the only one responsible for all tables in a slightly busy restaurant. I believe this was due to poor management. The restaurant should consider hiring more staff, better scheduling for peak times, or increasing wages to attract more employees.
Our waitress was very friendly and polite. Wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for her. Long wait on food. Definitely understaffed. Would not recommend the steak unless you like to sit in the bathroom for a while. Management definitely needs to do some work to get this place going.
I called to let them know my Turkey sausage was kinda raw in the middle they was telling me it couldn’t be. When they get the meat it’s precooked they just heat it. Well here’s a picture you tell me is it done

The servers are nice as can be but the food isn't worth the wait. The floor is sticky and there are cobwebs everywhere in the windows. The coffee was bad and it's just overall not a great location.
I enjoy the pancakes. March 1st is a few weeks away and they will be offering free pancakes for National Pancake Day.
