Horrible experience. We ended up walking out after waiting for our food and was told the ticket wasn?t even put in yet. I completely understand short staff issues and such but this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention the manager talking to his employees the way he was. In my opinion a body was needed for a manager and he got it. Another issue seen first hand was the busboy taking clear liquids from tables that he was cleaning cups from and pouring it on the table to do the final wiping up to make it look clean. MOLD, MOLD, MORE MOLD! When we first sat down, I happened to look up at the ceiling and saw a lot of mold. This made me extremely uncomfortable but because my party really wanted food we stayed. I then noticed there was mold on the left next to our booth after we ordered... disgusting. When our food came out my chicken sandwich was extremely undercooked in the middle and my milkshake was melted by the time it got to the table. Our service was good, but everything else was subpar. No wonder the restaurant was empty. As far as the mold it's very unhealthy and unsanitary for the guests but it's even worst for the employees there day in and day out breathing it in.
Bad! The only good thing about our visit here was our waitress. When some other lady delivered our food, her scarf was touching my bacon. I told her that her scarf was touching my bacon and all she said was oh sorry . I had to wait for my waitress to come back to tell her...to get new bacon. Then I asked for over medium eggs and I got really runny eggs. Not to mention that my pancakes were cold. The excuse was, they were short staffed and I 'm a hurry. That 's just so sad. Tried to take my husband to a birthday breakfast and so disappointed.
As always, the breakfast was fantastic and the portions were generous. Since we arrived after 11:00, this was one of the few decent options available. Although we couldn't dine in, we ordered to go, and the experience was overall positive. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the way our food was packaged was excellent. Definitely check out IHOP!

I enjoyed a lovely breakfast with two companions during our road trip. The servers were outstanding—friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, generous in portion, and reasonably priced. The dining area was quite spacious and provided a much-needed break from driving. The restrooms were also well-maintained. I highly recommend this place as a great stop during your travels.
When I got home, I discovered that the crepes we ordered were missing their essential ingredients. Thankfully, they issued a refund for those items when we called. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that they don’t actually operate 24 hours as their signage suggests. The food is decent, but the service is inconsistent.
We had an amazing experience at IHOP. Our group of six included four people visiting the US for the first time, and IHOP did not let us down! The server was attentive, responsive, and friendly. The food was both delicious and generously portioned. We will definitely return if we're in the area again!
The service is always very good here. Yes it does pay to advertise. All week IHOP running those commercials with their yummy pancakes. I love the blueberry pancakes and served up with the best coffee. The photo below will have you wanting to go too. Everyone needs a pancake.

We arrived with three children and three adults for an early dinner and ended up having breakfast food. Everyone was happy with their orders. I loved the spinach mushroom omelet with hollandaise sauce, and four of us enjoyed the hot chocolate—it was the best!
