It's an iHop, what can I say. The food isn't the highest quality but it's good for what it is. Good breakfast foods at a decent price with ok service. Last time I was here they forgot my toast and brought it out after I already finished my eggs and bacon. The waiter seemed a little confused when I told him I didn't need it anymore but at least he took it off the bill. Not a big deal, these things happen. I'll definitely be back at some point.
Cristina, server #103 was professional, extra attentive and good energy. We had a big party of 25 and she didn’t get overwhelmed. She was fast and polite with every request. She made us feel at home and comfortable even though we had rowdy kids and screaming toddlers at our table, she made it seem like we were good guests. Cristina was family friendly and showcased great hospitality! Thank you for hiring her and the food was fresh delicious!
We visited IHOP located at the corner of Kraemer and Chapman Ave. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and quickly shown to our seats. I ordered the 55 Breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious! Plus, if you order the 55 breakfast along with something from the regular menu, you receive a 10% discount on your total! My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant regularly!
Loved the french toast combo, my friend had the pancake combo with strawberries. The eggs were perfect, french toast sublime. The service was impeccable. My bacon was a little overcooked for my liking and hash browns were under cooked. The ice tea was perfect as I like it with lots of ice. All in all a pleasurable experience, I'd go back. I had a great experience this afternoon! Unfortunately, I did not get the host/waitresses name. She did a great job attending to all the customers on her own. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. 10/10
Friendly staff, great customer service. Clean environment. Family friendly. Love the food smell. Fast service. Lots of parking. Nice waiting zone. Now finally closed, just saw all IHOP signs taken off. So sad.
