The customer service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted, but when I asked for directions on where to begin, I was told to wait in a dismissive and rude manner. Additionally, the Asian girl assisting me spoke to me in a very curt tone and kept repeating the same question, even after I had already answered it. This felt like a condescending tactic to control the conversation. It seems your staff lacks understanding of proper customer service, and this might be an area that needs improvement in training. Overall, I left feeling very let down by the service.
The poke was fantastic—fresh and delicious! The only downside was that we stood waiting for about five minutes before receiving our order. It turned out that the wrong protein was added, and we weren’t informed about it. Our order was left on the counter while the staff helped other customers and processed transactions. I’m not sure why there was such a breakdown in communication; I had to ask before anyone started making a new bowl. We're pretty easygoing and would have accepted the bowl if someone had just explained the situation to us.
I've eaten here an number of times and the food is pretty good, but I will not be going back here anymore. I had taken 4 bites of my poke bowl and this disgusting creature came crawling out my food. I get that it was hiding in the salad but how do you miss a 3 bug in salad? That alone is disgusting but also tells me they probably don't wash their salad. Gross man...I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
I eat here about 2-3 times a month, each time I have tried different combinations of fish and sauces. Often I get the medium size but sometimes I opt for the large. Large is pretty big, I usually eat about half and save the rest for later. The sauces are good, I been digging the dragon's breath lately.

The poke and Milk Tea Boba were both delicious, and my daughter claimed that the Berry Blast Smoothie was the best smoothie she’s ever tasted. I tried it too, and it was fantastic! My son enjoyed the edamame and root beer. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5 out of 5!
The service was ok, and the food was ok... but the restaurant smells like a urinal even with the front door wide open and the restaurant isn't very clean. The food prep area, you can see that they don't wipe it down thoroughly. I wouldn't eat there again.
I love this place. Their ordering system is easy and they are always super accurate with the order directions. The food is fresh and tasty and its the perfect end of the week work lunch option!
TERRIBLE customer service ignored us and kept sweeping the floors for 30 mins!!! they only attended mobile orders even though it was empty!
