The customer service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted, but when I asked for directions on where to begin, I was told to wait in a dismissive and rude manner. Additionally, the Asian girl assisting me spoke to me in a very curt tone and kept repeating the same question, even after I had already answered it. This felt like a condescending tactic to control the conversation. It seems your staff lacks understanding of proper customer service, and this might be an area that needs improvement in training. Overall, I left feeling very let down by the service.
The poke was fantastic—fresh and delicious! The only downside was that we stood waiting for about five minutes before receiving our order. It turned out that the wrong protein was added, and we weren’t informed about it. Our order was left on the counter while the staff helped other customers and processed transactions. I’m not sure why there was such a breakdown in communication; I had to ask before anyone started making a new bowl. We're pretty easygoing and would have accepted the bowl if someone had just explained the situation to us.
I eat here about 2-3 times a month, each time I have tried different combinations of fish and sauces. Often I get the medium size but sometimes I opt for the large. Large is pretty big, I usually eat about half and save the rest for later. The sauces are good, I been digging the dragon's breath lately.
The poke and Milk Tea Boba were both delicious, and my daughter claimed that the Berry Blast Smoothie was the best smoothie she’s ever tasted. I tried it too, and it was fantastic! My son enjoyed the edamame and root beer. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5 out of 5! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The large poke bowl had insufficient dressing, making it difficult to taste any of the flavors. However, there was a good amount of protein. It would be great to have the option of half rice and half salad!
I love this place. Their ordering system is easy and they are always super accurate with the order directions. The food is fresh and tasty and its the perfect end of the week work lunch option!
I always order the Medium Poke Bowl along with a Thai tea with boba, and it's consistently delicious. It will always be my daughter’s and my favorite poke spot in Fullerton!
