I waited over an hour for my delivery. The first Dasher waited at IHOP for 20 minutes before leaving. The second Dasher arrived 10 minutes later and also had to wait. This was the third time I ordered from this IHOP, and each time something went wrong - wrong order, late delivery, or cold food. Even when I choose crispy hash browns, they always come undercooked and soggy. This IHOP is terrible.
Food that we got was fine but we didnt get the whole order. One person was without their dinner. Thats very frustrating. Second time its happened from here. Obviously the outgoing orders are not checked to make sure eveything in the order is in the bags. I will not be ordering again
The food at this restaurant looks delicious, but they should provide a larger cup of syrup for the Double Blueberry Pancakes, especially when ordering four pancakes.
