First of all, LOVE THE SERVICE!!!! The entire team works together making your dining experience TOP NOTCH!! Sorry to say but me and my husband passed four IHOPs in our area to come and get THIS LEVEL of service. Joan was great from the greeting to thecheck! One of her teammates noticed I was looking around for hot sauce and asked me what I needed!!!! LISTEN. That is greatservice. Will return again and recommend this location to anyone!!! Oh and the food came fast and hot! What more can you askfor?!?
Today is my birthday, I went in with my daughter. I regretted coming in and spending my good morning here. So slow or server was no where to be found, food were so cold. I use to enjoy this place before. I don?t know what happened and in all days my ownbirthday 5th of October is terrible. Am so disappointed.

Greated with a cheerful good morning. Everybody was friendly and our wait person was excellent. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Menus clean restaurant was clean and welcoming.
