Came here for my lunch break today was seated right away. Surprisingly, it wasn't super packed considering that it was lunch hours. We ordered French toast Belgian waffles with the breakfast platter (eggs, bacon, hash browns). Our server was very attentive. She took our order right away the food came shortly after. Love her attentiveness! She brought water refills without us even asking for one. I've been here on multiple occasions and overall, I'd say I've had a positive experience each time. Definitely a great spot to come to for breakfast/lunch if you're craving for traditional American food. This is a family friendly establishment, so there will be times where you'll hear screaming child...
I got a bowl with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese. When I got there they told me it wasn't ready yet, which was fine, I was 2 mins early. I was running late on my next errand so I began to eat in the car on my way. The meal was cold! It hadn't even been 5 mins since I left. The cheddar cheese wasn't melted/melting at all because it was not hot or warm. Never again at this location. I wasn't met with rudeness or anything but when you take the time to actually place the order online to work your day around, it's overall disappointing. They also don't have the regular salsa that comes with the bowl. They gave me the salsa that you get with chips.
The food came out quickly and it was delicious. The coffee was fresh. I am only giving this review 3 stars due to the service. My grandma asked for a box for our leftovers to our waitress, the waitress responded VERY rude and continued to count the tip that was left at another table, we had to wait a while to get a box. This wasn't the only issue with service. The same waitress never came back with a refill for our coffee.
I grew up in Cudahy and have visited this IHOP since I was a child, teenager, and now as an adult. Even though I've been away for several years, I still recognize some familiar faces, but the service has definitely changed. The host seated me at a table, and when I requested a different one, he agreed but left the menus on the original table and walked away, which made me laugh instead of getting upset. Manager Alicia, y Estela were amazing! I went to a different IHOP and it was packed I called here and asked them about the wait. I went in and they sat us immediately. Customer service was awesome. Thank you ladies!
The food here is excellent, and the service is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated—just a 20-minute wait! I highly recommend this place. As for parking, the lot is spacious.
I love coming here with my family. Great service and Manager always on site. I don't mind the wait lines, pretty quick sometimes and food is great.
