On the evening of 4/25/2024, I tried to place a takeout order over the phone while driving from Miami Lakes. It took me seven attempts starting at 8:23pm, as I kept getting disconnected right after hearing the automated message before finally reaching someone. When I arrived at the IHOP at 9696 Sunset Dr, Miami, FL 33173, I noticed only one car in the parking lot and one table with four customers. There was no one else present. The only employee was sitting alone in a booth with the phone in her hand. As I waited on hold on my phone for her to answer, she ignored me and rudely hung up the phone in front of me. She continued to ignore me when I tried to speak to her and eventually walked away...
