Came in for Saturday brunch, and we waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be rang in (there was maybe 10 tables in here at the time we arrived) and another 10 for our drinks, then sat for 20 minutes for our server to take our order and I had to flag down another server because ours didnt acknowledge us. When she finally came over she said she ‘forgot about us’. Then our food order came out and specifications were obviously not rang in because both things we requested werent done. Really unimpressed with our service today. We were sitting for an HOUR total before our food hit the table, again, there was maybe 10 tables in here. This, without a doubt was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had… My husband and I took our grandkids there for breakfast this morning… I had the boys breakfast all written down on a piece of paper… She brought their dishes with bacon… I told the server it was suppose to be sausage… She said i didn’t tell her that… But of course it was all on the piece of paper… I asked for my eggs Benny ‘very soft’ they came back ‘very hard’ I had to return them and wait again….It was the WORST eggs Benny I’d ever eaten… ! My husband said it was the WORST omelette he ever had…Trust me… We are not fussy eaters at all… but this was just unacceptable…
Food was great. Chicken was cooked well and overall had a good experience. However, wheelchair accessibility in terms of getting in was pretty laughable. Double doors in the main entrance seemed to be fine as the open button worked, only there is no button for the second set of doors. So what’s the point in having a button at all? Unfortunate. Have to dock points for this alone. Hopefully they get something figured out in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor. Bathroom was OK, but only one set of the front doors had a button to open them. Second set was fully manual and therefore a pain for anyone in a wheelchair.
We went there as a group of 16. And i know how challenging it is to serve a large group of people but the server was patient and was very pleasant. She also met everyones needs. The Restaurant Manager also visited our table and made sure that we have everything we need, took a picture of us and was very accomodating. The wait time for the food was also fast, given that we are a large group. The experience was excellent like always!Kid-friendliness: Kids were happy when their order arrived first. We were disappointed with our experience today. Our server Simarpre was great but that was the only positive part. We were seated at 9:15. Our order was put in at 9:35 according to our receipt. At 9:50 we still didn’t have our food and we’re about to be late for work. Our server tried to hurry things along but by 10, we had to ask for our food to be put in take away containers. It took another 10 minutes. All in all we were there an hour and had to take our food with us.And they forgot my toast?
Manager sat us down at a filthy table, assured us she would be right back to clean it up, never returned, waiter was instantly confrontational when we mentioned the table was filthy, he was only interested in our drink orders. When we told him we would like to wait to order anything until the table was cleaned. He then never returned either. Once we decided to go leave we let the manager know why, and she gas lit us and made multiple excuses. We will never return to this restaurant.
Well the food served was definitely what the menu described and nothing terrible but our hostess was most likely busy and maybe that was what contributed to our long wait and poor knowledge of what and wasn't available. Our table was clean as were the restrooms and at different times you get a different experience and I will say that most times it's a pleasant dine
The food used to be pretty good, but we've noticed quality has taken a bit of a turn for the worst. We also ordered 2 items and it took them 55 minutes to get us our order. Me and my partner came in after a night out, looking for some good breakfast. We were waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and we had to ask staff to get our order taken. Then we waited just shy of an hour, for half decent food. Absolutely will not be back until staff learn how to run a
