Terrible returns waiting time. Only one staff at six counters! Staff moved slowly with no sense of urgency nor did they seem to prioritise waiting customers. Also terribly unfriendly! The Edinburgh store is much more pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t believe the difference in service and attitudes!
Returned an item that I needed to change and the staff in the returns dept could not have been less welcoming or interested. Well to be factually correct they were interested but only in chatting to each other. Really poor customer service.
At IKEA you will find a very organized service complex. But it would be even better if different articles that have a specific purpose were placed in drawers according to the order of their assembly in an object.

Watch out for the lift! I mean who needs a defibrillator when you can just press for the lift, the shock it gives you right up your arm!
A good place to get your household shopping. You would see a variety of furniture, decor etc.
Very nice Ikea store, large and has a very nice Café upstairs. Ideal for working or chilling
