I was going to Jersey Mike 's but decided I 'd give this place a try. I can 't say I 'll be going back. We ordered #98 priced at $11.11 along with other items. When I looked at the receipt it said $14.95 for #98, I went up to ask why the price difference to what I was told it depends on the time of the day so I asked what time does the price change at? Then they said it 's because of Inflation. So I asked how come the prices aren 't changed on the menu so it 's not false advertisement and entrapment after you pay. Employee was nice offering me $3 in store coupon for next time but I just wanted to understand how come the price is different than what was shown. Another employee making the sand...
If you are craving a sandwich or sub come here. This place has so many options and items that they are endless. If you like to customize your sandwiches like at subway, they do that too. Every item is customizable and you can add, change or take out. They have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. If you are on a diet, you can get the gluten free bread (which tastes amazing) and other veggies or non meat options. I personally love the sometimes a vegetarian sandwich or the pilgrim. My husband likes the Steph Curry or the manage trois. Overall this place is delicious, they have great ingredients and options.
Ike's is definitely a favorite of mine (since the original Ike's Place), and my experiences at all locations visited (Chino included) have been positive.However, the last time I visited the Chino location, three of the four sandwiches I ordered were missing ingredients that are mentioned in the description of the sandwiches (not customized).The food was still better than other sandwich shops, but it was definitely not as good as I have been accustomed to over the years and across about a dozen locations.Vegetarian options: One of the best vegetarian menus around.
LOVE THIS PLACE! The bread is amazing, the sauces are amazing, and the staff is nothing but helpful and friendly. It?s not like competing sandwich shops that loose flavor after the first bite. The quality is nothing but great. I was pleasantly surprised by how good their sandwiches are. I?ve tried quite a few and they were all delicious, but I always go back to the Paul Reubens. 10/10 recommend getting a sandwich here!
I went in this past weekend and received really great service from the 2 people working the front. I caught one persons name as Richard. They were super kind and helpful and we were greeted with a smile by them immediately. Super great experience and the sandwiches were delicious : we ordered the Steve Jobs, and backstabber
Really good sandwiches, so much better than subway or any other chain. They offer halal chicken as well which is nice, and hopefully in the future some more halal options can be added. Employees and customer service was great as well. Always will be coming back here!
These sandwhiches are bomb! My go-to is the Matt Cain with everything on it! The Dutch crunch bread is a must! Never get tired of eating here. I like how creative they are with the names and ingredients of the sandwiches. Staff is always friendly.Food: 5/5
Just found this place by accident. Looked up the photos of their sandwiches and decided to give it a try, I was extremely happy and this is my new favorite sandwich place. I definitely recommend ordering the sandwiches on their Dutch Bread.Food: 5/5
Staff definitely does not follow health and food safety rules. Girl with long black and rusty hair does not wear it up above her shoulders and let’s it hang down in the food . No glove changing
