we sat outside in the restaurant because of kovid, unfortunately my handy was stolen by a person who came on our table. without any employee outside, or safety gift this is an insecure environment and I would warn others to eat outside. soon after a watchman of another facility (via the road) came over and warned me of the opposite and a laptop on the table (I had withdrawn to use my laptop to get in contact with the family after my handy) I tried to talk to the staff and the manager who would be totally inadequate, insensitive and repulsive of the incident with many beautiful restaurants that I would recommend to the
Having tried and failed to get in the night before (because it was fully booked) we decided to go back the following day. We'd preferred to have been sat upstairs, but there is nothing whatever to complain about, as everything is just right. The staff are all so helpful and attentive without being over the top, but also where nothing is too much trouble. And the food is outstanding. Undoubtedly the finest Italian food either of us have had previously, but without being pretentious. I would 100% recommend Il Baretto and will definitely be returning.
Really nice to go to a restaurant where the staff are focussed and knowledgeable customers and the menu these days. Also the ambience was perfect for being able to have a conversation with those on the table. Excellent food and exceptional service. Thank you to Sarah, Georgia, Debs and team. il baretto has good Italian kitchen with a beautiful atmosphere. they have great pizzas and pastas and a great selection of weeps. a must visit for Italian food lovers!

for spring veg salad, veg soup, burrata ordered with tomato cherry and margherita pizza. everything was fresh and delicious. eating was healthy and was nutritious.
Food very good, service low, disappointing, not recommended, go somewhere else. Waiting more than 20 minutes for the aperitif, no offer of vine for the starter.
a nice quiet place behind selfridges. big wine and good food. very good and friendly staff. I would say one of the better Italian places in london.

I first went to Il Baretto two months ago and I was blown away by the good Italian food and friendly service.
I sent my hardly touched salad back as it had too much salt and they never took it off the bill.
