Wonderful Pastas and very good attentive service. We dined here on a weekday night and did not need a reservation. We both tried one of the pasta specials, ravioli stuffed with lobster and crab in a cream sauce. Large portion and you could taste the seafood. The other special was the stuffed manicotti with gorgonzola cheese and a meat sauce, excellent. These entrees came with either soup or salad and ranged between 16.99 for the manicotti and 21.99 for the ravioli. Wine was good and reasonably priced from 6.95 a glass.We will definitely return to try one of their other dishes. This restaurant hAs expanded in size, so a lot more tables. I would make a reservation if wanting to dine on the wee...
We find it hard to pick a meal as they always all sound so delicious (and they are.) There are always specials and the pasta shells, lobster ravioli and the manicotti are often offered along with choice of salad or soup. The soup is very delicious and filling so I normal choose the salad.Wine can be a bit expensive but whats pasta without a good bottle of wine.John often brings out one of the dishes to your party and it's always nice to be greeted with a Smile and a welcome back greeting.Alisha was our server this last visit and was very pleasant and she too welcomed us back - a family feel restaurant rather than a chain feel for sure! Good job guys
I received a Gift Certificate had not been before actually had not noticed it on Dewdney Trunk Road. What a pleasant surprise it was. We ordered the Daily Special that was Amazing. Everything on the Menu looked good. Would be hard to choose. The Service was outstanding. Portions are huge took half of it home. Surroundings a nice place to go and have a nice visit. We will go back and try other items. Thanks for a great evening. Till next time.
Il Corsaro is simply the best restaurant in Maple Ridge. We had dinner last week, which was amazing as usual..Spoke to Amanda, who is wonderful and we exchanged names in our discussion. When we opened our Leftovers they had written our names on the boxes. There are usually leftovers as the portions are generous. Just finished our "Take Out" order so needed to share. Go there...Make a reservation.
We tried Il Corsaro for the first time last night. We chose the restaurant because of the good reviews we had read and we were not disappointed. The meals were all very tasty with large portions. Service was a little slow and it took about 10 minutes for them to come around for payment after they dropped off the bill but otherwise we really enjoyed our meals. We will definitely go again.
crazy I drive by this place every day but waited 10 years to visit -- our meal this evening was great - we all had a different dish with different flavours and we were not disappointed -- oh and the Tello red wine was awesome - servers knew when to approach and when to leave us alone --- can hardly wait for our next date night
Have lived in Maple Ridge for 6 years, and I had always heard about this spot, but for some reason never went. Finally tried it out Friday night and was very happy. Atmosphere is great, food was very delicious. Service was so so, only seemed to be one server, so she was busy. I'll be back for sure.
We moved to Maple Ridge one year ago and have visited Il Corsaro at least once a month since then. Amazing food with wonderful service. You can also order take out and the portions are enormous and delicious. My wife is a Pesto Lover and claims that their pesto is as good as hers, which is amazing.
Food was quite good but service set this place apart from the rest. Staff was attentive and very observant. I like to drink a lot of coffee and and was offered a refill not once but 3 times. At other restaurants it's hard to even get your servers attention. I will be back again soon.
