Außergewöhnliches Management zeigt sich in bestimmten Situationen. Nachdem ich eines Tages Pizzen für meine Familie abgeholt hatte, stellte ich zu Hause fest, dass eine der Pizzen falsch war. Nach einem Anruf bot mir der Restaurantleiter für meine nächste Bestellung sofortigen Ersatz oder eine kostenlose Pizza an. Ich entschied mich für Letzteres und bestellte zwei Wochen später erneut, ohne das Angebot für eine kostenlose Pizza. Als ich meine Pizzen abholte, bekam ich ohne Kommentar von meiner Seite wieder eine Pizza umsonst und als das Restaurant ging, traf mich der Restaurantleiter persönlich noch einmal kurz, um mich noch einmal für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen. Tolles Restaurant liegt 10 Meter von der Spitze von Zürich entfernt. Das Restaurant ist fantastisch, das Essen ist sehr gut zubereitet und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Knoblauchpizza, die ich hatte, war ausgezeichnet. Es war wirklich gut. Immer wieder schön hierher zu kommen. Sehr dankbar.
The food and the ambience are truly perfect! The only negative point is the service. The service staff was silent, they never asked if the food was tasty or anything else. Just the food served and cleared away. The service staff should try harder so that the guest also feels welcome.
It is one of the few restaurants where I have been able to be seated without a reservation. A no-nonsense, very friendly and accomodating atmosphere. Service and food are very good. Reasonable prices too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Il Faro is a family comfort food restaurant when you want a generously sized hearty meal. Rustique country food inspired Italian type food and very good ice creams
