The food and ambiance was great. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The food selection was broad and lots of great choices. Perfect place to celebrate the New Year! Il Leone, formerly The Lion, has always been a welcoming choice for lunch or dinner. Thank you for a memorable evening! PS Suggestion: The terrace can be enclosed in a heated tent with clear sides to expand the number of potential guests. There are still people who would appreciate a heated tent as an alternative to in-restaurant dining due to concerns about new Covid strain!!
The staff was friendly and skilled, which was excellent, and the atmosphere was great as well. My only downside was that when it got busy, it became quite loud, especially since the bar is open to the dining area. I believe they should consider creating a barrier to separate the bar from the dining space.
Very dissapointed with food. My arugula salad (veal Milanese) had some leaves that had gone bad (black). No taste. I had to salt 3 times and still didn't taste like anything. At least they could make a decent salad dressing!
The restaurant offers a wide range of entrees, apps, and portions. I did find the menu to be a bit expensive, but worth it for Christmas Day. My seafood risotto was a little too fishy tasting.

It wasNew Years Eve and the restaurant was filled and the service was impeccable. The new Italian menu was varied and the food was delicious. No complaints at all.
The service was disappointing. It was slow, and the staff had a poor attitude. The restaurant was at full capacity, but the food was good.
Some of the dishes were quite enjoyable, while others, like the fish, were just okay. However, the fish was actually very tasty.
