My partner made a booking at Il Lido for what was meant to be a memorable anniversary lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the special occasion we had hoped for. The service was notably lacking from the get go; our wait staff appeared disinterested, and their inattentiveness was highlighted by our need to request the sparkling water three times before it was brought out. usually love illido. but at our last visit there was the service we received was timely. with the intentions of all to have a coffee and breakfast, we left with only a few coffees between us. we are a young group of girls and are not found in the rule of such, but this has actually found us out during this visit.

Had to wait a while for food coffees (yes, it was a sunday morning and a bit busy). Coffees weren't that hot. You also can't get a standard bacon eggs here
Can't fault the meals. This place is awesome. A huge selection of wines and a nice setting. They also sell great coffee in the mornings
