The owners of this restaurant do not know how to properly treat their customers. They refuse to make things right when there is a mistake. One day, they forgot to include broccoli in an order and instead delivered a tempura dish that only contained sweet potato, eggplant, and celery. The batter was also not properly made. Despite being loyal customers, we and others were lost due to their refusal to correct a simple error. This cheap and unprofessional behavior shows a lack of good business sense. It may be a cultural issue or just a lack of intelligence.
