I love this location. They were one of the very few to stay open during the pandemic in O’Fallon (when I say open I mean dine in eating also). The staff- always friendly. I have an austistic son and sometimes he feels strange in a new environment. The staff never makes him feel like an inconvenience. Even if he’s a bit hyper. The food is always good and never a long wait even during lunch. Lunch specials are well priced too. I’ve had 3 hyper/tired/crabby children in this place and they’ve never given me an ounce of grief over it. IMO’s Winghaven you guys rock and I will definitely be a long term customer.
This place is a complete disappointment! The menu promised one thing, but what I received was totally different. I ordered the Taste of St. Louis lunch special, and half of the items that were supposed to be included never arrived. I paid $14 for an 8-inch pizza with two toppings and a side salad. When I called the number listed on the menu to inquire about the missing items, the response was, "We don't have that here." But it's right on your menu! So, with a tip, I ended up spending $17 for this meal. Oh, and let's not forget the 12-ounce drink! I've included a picture in the comments.
Imo's Pizza is absolutely delightful. We ordered takeout on a Wednesday, and it took a little longer than expected because of their special promotions and the busy atmosphere. However, the wait was definitely worthwhile! Their St. Louis-style pizza, topped with their renowned creamy Provel cheese, was simply divine. We have some leftovers in the fridge, and I can assure you they won't last until morning. I highly recommend Imo's!
I called to ask about the Wacky Wednesday special and was informed that it wasn't available because the clock showed 8:01 PM, while my phone said 7:59 PM. The pizza is delicious, but I've encountered several instances where the staff was rude or seemed to have an attitude. I felt compelled to mention that the girl on the phone didn't seem very bright. The pizza was bland, and the wings were not cooked thoroughly. The salad was alright, but overall, I was disappointed. I paid over $26 for just 16 undercooked wings, which was really frustrating. I've ordered from this place multiple times before, but this experience was nothing like the previous ones. Sadly, I have to admit it just wasn't good.
Yall giving them 1 and 2 stars need to check yourselves. I love coming here each time I visit family here from California. Each time the pizza I good and they actually put toppings on it which is more than I can some places back west. Love the wings and something about the way its cut into squares makes me happy. ??? ??
I love their pizza. The online ordering experience though, simply horrible! Every time there some new complications, lost my saved credit card number, won't let me enter another, asks to login multiple times, etc. Please Imos, keep making good pizza but please invest in a better user experience. Thanks.
