Impact Kitchen is just awesome for whatever you're up to – working, studying, or just chilling with friends. There's loads of seating, so you can always find the perfect spot that vibes with your mood. And let's talk about their menu – it's like a food and coffee paradise. So many options to choose from, it's basically a party for your taste buds.I'm pretty picky about my coffee, but dang, their roast hits the spot. I ordered 2 small cappuccinos and a bar, there were only 2 people in line before me, 7(! people over the counter (2 are taking orders and 5 prepping food and drinks and with only 2 orders before me I had to wait for 20 mins for my cappuccino? I had toask for my second one because they made only one for me, so the barista made me the second one which was much smaller in size,like baby cappuccino. Both cappuccino were way too hot, they don?t know how to make it right I guess. Also they forgot about mybar, I had to ask them for it, no one even tried to say sorry or thank you? So service is just bad here. 2 stars only becauseI liked the raw bar.
My partner and I had a Sunday brunch at Impact Kitchen. The restaurant is great for working on your laptop as they have plenty of outlets available. The service is very professional and friendly. The food, while healthy, was not very flavorful. Both of our dishes were lacking in seasoning and moisture (we had the taco brunch and power bowl). Repeatedly terrible pickup experiences here and looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this based on other reviews. One baristas here has a serious attitude issue very rude and dismissive on every pickup. These orders are never less than 20 30 minutes late and are often just never prepared in the first place. Whenever I inquire as to where my order is, she is rude and often ignores me. Not sure why Impact keeps on a negative staff member like this who seems to find her job a burden.

Health conscious menu items made with quality ingredients that won?t compromise your diet. On the pricey end. If you?re on a budget, it may get costly but the experience is great!! Baked goods are so yummy and are next level tasty without the worry ofsugar/carbs.
