Food is fresh, delicious and very hot. But the issue here is their delivery service. If we pay for delivery and then you want a tip on top of the delivery fee, YOU MUST GET OUT OF THE CAR IN ORDER TO ACTUALLY FINISH THE DELIVERY SERVICE. Delivery means you from your vehicle to our door. Then tip. NOT US TO YOUR VEHICLE OR FOOD ON GROUND. Such a shame because we are great tippers. A higher standard of service would be nice. Especially when we order at least 2 times per week. We do pick up and delivery.
I ordered 35$ worth of fried wings and french fry platters and they sent me 3 ketchup packets. When I called and asked for more the lady told me it was 15 cent per pack for extra ketchup. The ketchup packets were clearly labeled for McDonald's Company SMH. So they are stealing ketchup from other restaurants and selling it at their own. I will never order from them again!
Was literally the worse Chinese food I've ever ordered. The fried wonton was dry, hard and inedible, the inside was a rock, i couldn't even bite through it. The General Tso's chicken was dry and tasteless and so was the fried rice. No flavor at all!! The egg roll was the only good thing in this 40$ meal. I'll never order from here again!
Wong's is way better. I found the chicken rubbery and the vegetaes soggy. Both are fresher and more carefully prepared at Wong's. Did I mention the duck they killed behind the store. They are always quick and have some of the best food I've ever had. Very polite and friendly every single time I've ordered. I only order with them anytime I have a craving. Highly recommend
The worst Chinese food I have ever gotten. The gresse never cleaned and saturated all items. I threw up all night. Highly do not recommend
