Drive thru purchase at food pick up window. The service lady passed our food and drink, and ask for ketchup. Didn’t ask us to wait for fries and we drove away. And found out there are missing food and paid for it already. The service lady should have been trained to tell the customers to wait for more food coming. This is actually first time happened to me at this drive thru. Purchased on 11/25 around 3:50pm. Very disappointed!! Service: Take out
We love this place. The food is delicious and healthy! I wish they had a location in Visalia! There's usually a line to get in. Once you order at the counter, they take you to a table. Then the food is brought to you when it's finished. My favorite dishes include the salmon with tizeki sauce, honeyed cauliflower and mushroom tacitos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
One of the most consistent restaurants out there. You can't go wrong with in and out, they never make mistakes and the prices are great. No wonder there's always a line. I personally am not a fan of this restaurant, but my kids absolutely love it. The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful, which greatly enhanced my experience when I ordered a double double animal style.
