Drive thru purchase at food pick up window. The service lady passed our food and drink, and ask for ketchup. Didn’t ask us to wait for fries and we drove away. And found out there are missing food and paid for it already. The service lady should have been trained to tell the customers to wait for more food coming. This is actually first time happened to me at this drive thru. Purchased on 11/25 around 3:50pm. Very disappointed!! Service: Take out
We love this place. The food is delicious and healthy! I wish they had a location in Visalia! There's usually a line to get in. Once you order at the counter, they take you to a table. Then the food is brought to you when it's finished. My favorite dishes include the salmon with tizeki sauce, honeyed cauliflower and mushroom tacitos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This restaurant is always top-notch. The fresh burgers are consistently perfected to perfection. The fries are cut fresh and delicious. The animal style burger is the best, definitely worth trying. The prices are reasonable for a satisfying meal.
