This is a hidden gem that's easy to overlook, so be sure to look for their banner outside on the sidewalk. They're located right in the lobby of the VSO School of Music. I absolutely love their coffee; I've visited several times just to enjoy a simple brewed coffee or an Americano. On my most recent visit, I tried their seasonal Salted Caramel Latte (half sweet) for around $9 for a large. If you're going to call yourself the best coffee in Vancouver, you better bring receipts. My tasting companion is a coffee snob one of those guys who's been known to drive 30 mins for a particular roast. We both like light to medium roasts which have higher acidity and more complex flavors. Incognito is medium to dark roast which gave it a robust flavor but it was too bitter for me. We ordered a large iced mocha latte (16 oz), but it seemed more like a 12 oz. We ended up paying $9 (after tip), with the drink costing $7.50 before tip, but we felt like we received a small mocha latte (see photo).
