Firstly I wan 't to clarify that I hate leaving 'bad ' reviews and usually let things just slide. But when it comes to people not understanding 'vegan ' and potentially serving a vegan food they do not agree with eating at all I feel this is wrong and awareness needs to be made to other vegans food intolerances etc. I have had takeaways around 6 times from you and used to absolutely love it! Ordered a Vegetable Dhansak after my husband (placing the order) was assured the creaminess of this dish comes from the lentils (which is what I thought too as most recipes use lentils no dairy like a dahl in terms of cooking it). We were drawn to Burscough by the Hopvine Brewery, located in the pub across the street from Ali's or Indi-Fusion (which appears to have two names). We were able to place our order and then pick it up after enjoying a few drinks. The young woman who took our order was friendly and helpful, and she texted us at the Hopvine once our food was ready, right on time. When we got back to our holiday cottage, we found the food to be tasty, well-cooked, and not greasy. Our order included poppadoms, onion bhaji, veggie pakora, veggie bhuna, veggie rogan josh, aloo gobi, and plain rice – all delicious! We would definitely recommend this takeaway/restaurant.
This place has changed many times recently but hopefully will stay as this Indian restaurant judging on my 2 visits so far. Friendly staff and very good food. I had the tandoori mixed grill which was delicious and certainly big enough...especially if you order any rice to go with it. Very knowledgeable staff and Ali in particular can talk the hind leg off a donkey, but in a good way haha. Will be back to try some of the curries in the near future and maybe give a takeaway a try soon too. Just watch out for the uneven floor on the way to your table, especially if you wear heels. (Luckily I don't).
me and my sister ordered chicken dupiasa and pila rice from indi-fusion and its only meant to be mild. When we came to eat it tho it was very spicy and are mouth was burning.... Then later on that night my gums were Turing dead red and inflamed and so started getting these things called 'canker sores ' witch are very painful, I read up about them and they said that hot and spicy food can triggers it off so at that point I knew what they were caused by... The Indian!! We will deffinitley not be ordering form here again! The food is terrible

Ordered 2 meals for our 2 sons, they arrived without the rice and chips, told the lad that delivered and he assured us he would be back straight away (not his fault) 20mins later nothing appeared so phoned, apparently not a priority as they had customers ahead of us!!!! Spoke to us like they didn't care! Also only just 3 pieces of chicken in each kids chicken tikka!!! Kids are now enjoying a cold meal while they wait for chips and rice that I doubt will ever come!!!! Never ordering from her again what a let down!!!
We went with 6 friends, last minute. The decor of the place is not the prettiest and sadly and undeservedly it was very quiet. We had a really good meal and everybody enjoyed it. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.
Been a few times, always excellent food and service. Ali is great always up for a chat and deserves these comments. The Deshi Delight is my favourite, with tropical fruit. A good range of drinks.
Decided at last minute we would have an Indian. Absolutely fantastic food. Delivered within time. Can't fault the food. Beautiful. Not first time from here and really recommend this restaurant.

The special we ordered was not accurately described or was the wrong dish delivered. The sides and starters were delicious and well-prepared, but the main courses did not impress us.
We enjoy having curry and Ali always ensures that it is made to our preferred level of spice. The food and service at this restaurant are top-notch.
