Because I enjoyed my first experience, I decided to order from them again about a month later. This time, I opted for the Tandoori Chicken, and I was disappointed; it tasted like leftover chicken that had simply been reheated and served with some fresh red onions, green peppers, and a lime wedge. It wasn't terrible, but it lacked flavor. I've had leftover Tandoori Chicken before, and this had the unmistakable taste of something that wasn’t fresh. I was really disheartened they would sell a customer leftover chicken—who does that?

I assumed that all the dishes would come with rice, but they don't, so I ended up with several dishes and only one serving of rice. I think the butter chicken was the only dish that included rice. Make sure to order extra rice if you need it! The food is quite spicy, so if you're trying it for the first time or ordering for kids, I'd recommend the butter chicken as a milder option. The Chana was the spiciest dish we tried, and it was just okay. However, the saag was absolutely amazing and my personal favorite; I've rarely been let down by saag at Indian restaurants, as they seem to really know how to expertly cook spinach. The naan was also incredibly delicious.
The food was fantastic, showcasing authentic Punjabi flavors. We've dined at their Ozone Park location before and loved it, so I was a bit unsure about ordering from this new spot. However, they exceeded my expectations! The quality of the food was just as impressive. We found ourselves licking our fingers by the end of the meal. The butter chicken was reminiscent of the classic Delhi-style, and while the dal makhani was slightly different from the traditional version, it was still absolutely delicious!
Not the best experience in a Indian restaurant that has below average food and no good service, staff was not attentive at all, prices are very high on top of everything they charge gratuity of 18 which I suppose a 4 to 5 star restaurant charges. I believe tipping should be a customers choice depending on how you get served. There is more, the bathroom floor is full of urine with a faulty toilet and nasty urine stench. I would not eat here again. I lost all my appetite after using the bathroom.

The food and service are excellent. The waitstaff is attentive and strives to provide great service. However, there is an issue with the woman behind the counter who tends to glare at customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It would be better if she were positioned somewhere out of sight. Additionally, I've noticed that she often raises her voice at the waiters, who are otherwise doing their jobs well.
The food here is good, but the customer service is disappointing. We had to walk to the reception to place our orders, and the staff was quite rude, except for two guys: Chetan and another whose name I don't know. No one came to take our orders unless we went up to them.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and unprofessional. They lacked basic manners when interacting with customers. More often than not, they would get your order wrong and would argue with you if you addressed the issue. I do not recommend this place.
