I don't know how I feel about this. Recently went into Indian brothers and I saw this sign I quote ; Give us a good review on google, show us on a counter, get a can of soft drink Thank You in advance I don't think it's right that you're bribing your customers with a free drink to get good reviews. It does not sit well with me. It makes me question every review on your Google maps page. Maybe don't offer free drinks and instead of a good customer service Great food and a good atmosphere and then maybe with a little hard work you'll get some five stars.
I still consider myself a fan. I've been enjoying IB for many years now. Occasionally, the service can be a bit slow, especially since they prioritize hiring local teens, but the food is always worth the wait. It's a great value for your money, with flavors that authentically represent the region they specialize in. There are no issues with getting takeaway when you can't quite finish your meal. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is delightful for a small venue.
Disappointing meal. We ordered chicken madras and beef korma and they got it the wrong way around giving us chicken korma a beef madras. Both curries were very watery. Not pleasant to eat. I ordered chicken biryani through Uber Eats and was quite surprised that it didn’t come with any raita. The chicken had a very stale taste, and I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Mango chicken and butter chicken are the best on the peninsula! For vegetarian options, the vegetable korma stands out as excellent. Parking is easy; just park out front. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around A$60–80.
