Stayed in Newquay for three nights in mid September on family business and decided to give this place a try on a Tuesday evening. A surprise was that we were asked on entering if we had booked, even though the place was pretty much empty at the time. We hadn't, so were ushered to a table on a raised plinth at the back of the restaurant, which I guess is where they stick the non bookers. We were quite early and the place filled up as we ate, so it's probably best to ring ahead and book to avoid being disappointed in the main season. I have dined at this restaurant several times and was excited to try their Sunday buffet. However, upon arrival, we were seated at our table and told that we could not bring our own drinks. Despite mentioning that we had done so in the past, the staff insisted that it was not allowed from March to November. Feeling disappointed and misled, we decided to leave and will not be returning. It is disappointing that the restaurant did not clearly state their drink policy on their website or buffet board, leading to confusion among customers. I recently ordered a lamb curry for takeout and it was incredibly tasty. While it wasn't very spicy, it was still delicious and packed with flavor. The portion size was generous and had a lot of high-quality lamb. Even though it was reasonably priced, it was well worth it. We are only in Newquay for one more night but we plan on getting food from there again tomorrow. I wish we had more chances to order from this restaurant as I would love to try more of their dishes.

Me and my friend came here for dinner and ordered onion bhajia as a started and Harri Mirchi Murgi as a main some Roti as our main. The food was fabulous, ambiance was great good song selection. Four of us popped in on a Friday evening, got a table with no issues, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered drinks straight away, the food order was taken and we didn’t wait long for the food to be delivered to our table. The food was outstanding, large amounts and very tasty. Highly recommended and thank you for a pleasant evening
Absolutely brilliant service from the gentleman with glasses and the lady. Felt sorry for the gentleman serving us. Rude lady having a go at him. He didn’t deserve it fair play to him not reacting to her as she was so disrespectful and rude. Brilliant food and brilliant service. Thank you
We have used this restaurant numerous times while visiting Cornwall ,it’s part of our family holiday. Went last Friday in November. Very quiet around town, food still just as we like and attention excellent as always .Thank you guys. See you soon

We dined at Indian Summer twice recently. The menu offered a nice variety of dishes that we hadn't seen elsewhere, and everything we tried was delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
Great selection and really tasty food. I went for the green masala as you don't always see it on the menu at other places and it was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from here again when I'm in the area
