We are from the United States and heard great things about this restaurant, so we had to give it a try. It was absolutely delicious! The coffee was outstanding! I'm definitely going to order online for Christmas gifts. The service was fantastic and very friendly. This is a must-visit when in Melbourne!
The quality of the food does not live up to the restaurant's reputation. We were served chips that were clearly overcooked and stale. They had been fried repeatedly to the point where there were hardly any potato pieces left—only small, overcooked bits that seemed to have been reused.
My experience here was beyond amazing! They catered so well to my friend with baby, catered to my allergies and nothing was an issue! Loved that! Food was delicious, I had the coffee rubbed wagyu burger *insert drool face*

Great coffee and food as usual but unfortunately the service we received from one fo the waitress was appalling definitely not the Industry Beans customer service that we are used to.
