It is probably one of my favorite places to brunch in Melbourne. The location is incredibly close to Southern Cross station, right in the middle of the CBD, and the food is always great and even I visited twice during my Melbourne trip! I love how they offer a wide range of menu options, from simple breakfasts with a twist, like their Chili Scrambled Eggs, to delightful additions like the Honey Halloumi on the side—super delicious! I would recommend people to go earlier or try to make a reservation, as the place tends to get quite packed and it could be harder to secure a table for a walk-in group of 4-5 people. But I'm definitely planning on returning when I'm back visiting Melbourne!
Conveniently located just opposite southern cross station with a rustic yet aesthetic design. Great music and superb customer service from the staff very friendly and professional. Food were delicious but really huge portions so if you're a small eater, I'd suggest sharing. Didn't get to try the pastry this time round as we were too full from the mains but we'll be back. Coffee can't go wrong here, though personally would prefer for the latte to have slightly lesser milk but that's just personal preference. Overall, great spot for a nice meal and coffee and just chill.
If your like me n you appreciate warm cozy interiors along with fabulous food then this is your place! Our friends highly recommended this popular spot in the CBD for a fine breakfast. I must say again the eyes eat before the mouth n in here it was all about presentation, simple masterpieces coming out of their amazing open kitchen. We tried the Avocado on Pretzels the hot cake, I’ll leave the photos to speak out loud Their brewed coffee was perfect too! Can’t recommend this place more but make sure you book a table to avoid the long waiting queue.
Beautiful space across from Southern Cross station in renovated industrial building, super high ceilings. As soon as you enter, you feel the great morning vibe of this place. And when you leave, makes you want to come back again.. The Mocha was warm, would have preferred it hotter.. but sweetness was just right, tasted velvety and smooth.. and towards the bottom of the cup tasted a surprising hint of cinnamon sweetness. Amazing venue. The building is massive. Extremely high ceiling. Has a great feel to the place. The food and coffee are both of high quality. Makes sense to book a table in advance on weekends as it does get very busy. We walked in at around 8am on a Sunday morning and could get seated straight away which was good.
Beautifully decorated, love the high ceilings and the large windows. The place is bright and buzzing! Love the ambiance and the food. We had a great tasting lunch of chilli scramble and chicken katsu(sorry no pic). This is certainly one of our fav places to eat while in Melbourne. Will definitely visit again!
My review is based on the coffee alone which was great. I had the Barista's Breakfast Boards which was $12 (espresso, pour over and flat white). Good atmosphere (a former power station). Easy to get to and one of the top mentioned cafes in Melbourne. Full review on my YouTube channel as well.

Good food selection and ambiance Service is relatively quick and friendly staff. My only issue was split bills. It should be an expected service to be able tap and pay your own. Other cafes and restaurants provide this easily
