Lunch with a friend It was getting later in the day and we agreed that we were hungry and dinner was still hours off. It had been years (about 8) during my last visit to LA since we’d been to and In-N-Out Burger last. It’s was quite yummy to taste one again. The burger is made fresh and they are cranking out the food I honestly don’t think you get anything besides fresh made burgers and fries. We took our order to go and the fries were still edible when we arrived home. Nothing worse then soggy nasty fries and that’s why I tropically won’t order them. As a matter of fact, back home I don’t eat any fast food. If we had In -N-Out at home I’d eat it but we’re stuck with nasty arches. Delicious...
This restaurant is persistent in getting your order wrong if you are African American. Putting black pepper on fries? And the burger patty is always overcooked and burnt. You have to double check everything because something will be incorrect. Whether you're going through the drive-thru or walking in, your order will be messed up and the quality of food that black customers pay for at this In-N-Out is not discounted. We pay the same price for biased service. This has happened multiple times. The supervisors are Mexican and often make it difficult to fix mistakes. It shouldn't be like this, but unfortunately it is.
We went for lunch and the restaurant was very busy. When we got home, we realized our order was wrong, but we decided to eat it anyway as we were hungry. The burgers and fries were great. My wife called customer service and they were amazing. They were able to understand what we had originally ordered, apologized for the mistake, and sent us 4 gift cards each for our favorite items. They also mentioned that they would inform the store manager and district manager about the incident. This is exceptional customer service and truly represents what a hamburger experience should be like!
Like any other In-N-Out, this location is great and nearly always busy...packed in the drive-thru. The burgers are excellent and produce is fresh. The fries are a little salty in my opinion, but nevertheless, I still order them. An appealing aspect of the chain is the prices are more than fair for the quality received. This is a pretty good location and for the most part clean inside. Staff is friendly.
Love this this place after our appointments to see our daughter's specialist we now always pass by and get some food for my family. Today we forgot our wallet we were so embarrassed but our cashier called the manager and he said take the food and come back and pay the tab. This is why we love In-N-Out Thank you for taking care of us and we enjoy your food so much.
I visit this unique restaurant from time to time because I absolutely adore the atmosphere that characterizes this place. The team is skilfull beyond reproach. The service is certainly fast. Most importantly, the food they provide is first-rate. I frequent often and am always pleased. The expense is honest. I suggest this place to all.

This is a great spot for a fast meal. We were staying at a hotel nearby, but the restaurant had a long wait so we decided to go out. The food was good, and we were served promptly. We left feeling satisfied.
Drive-thru went fast food was hot and always delicious !! We ate in our car while parked in the parking lot. Super clean and nice area
