Ordered ahead and the cookies weren't ready, even though I was 30 minutes late by design to give more time to fulfill the order. Still since I wasn't in a hurry or double parked for once I was ok,..Once I got the 411, turns out the reason was because they didn't have the cookies I wanted which was a bummer given that some in my party need vegan and gluten free. I was told they were not baked yet so I get it,.... Can't exactly mix gluten free or vegan in a baking tray.I was however told I was given an extra cookie or two to compensate for the wait but that turned out to be false statement as I got exactly the number of cookies I ordered. I was quite disappointed with my experience at the restaurant and genuinely hope that management takes note of this feedback. The person closing on the night of September 24 at 2:30 AM was extremely rude and dismissive regarding our allergy concerns. Additionally, she managed to get two items incorrect in our order. I had to double-check whether my ice cream was indeed nut-free because she provided me with the wrong flavor. After receiving a half-hearted assurance that it was safe, I felt compelled to eat it out of consideration for the people waiting behind us. However, already feeling anxious about my safety, I took just one bite before deciding to stop, as I began to panic over her uncert...
The cookies here are delicious as long as you don't mind the terrible service. Went here last night and they were accepting cash only fine. Unfortunately the person behind the counter was so rude that it was very uncomfortable. She messed up our order and then got mad and acted as though it was our fault. She quickly fixed it but said nothing so I'm not even sure if I paid for what I actually ordered or what she thought I ordered (which would have been more expensive). We just took it and left because she was so rude that it would have been a nightmare trying to figure out if I was due some money back. Very disappointing.
This establishment is a curse on the neighborhood. They regularly leave garbage bags filled with old cookies outside the store, which are then torn apart by rats. When I asked the girl at the counter about their trash management, she just stared at me blankly, as if her mind had turned to cookie dough. I understand that due to "the great resignation," it's tough to find people willing to sell cookies all day, but they are not being good neighbors. While their cookies are decent, the rat problem certainly leaves a sour impression.
The worst Insomnia Cookies location in the city. The cookies are never ready when they open. There's always an issue with credit cards and 9/10 they're cash only. Obviously the cookies keep me coming back if I'm in the neighborhood but other locations have better service. I don't know why this location can't get its **** together.
Insomnia literally hires the worst possible workers I stg. Everyone is like a college drop out n they burn the cookies all the time. Go to le vain or something else instead this place has gone down hill. Not welcoming either and thats coming from someone literally from the hood
This is probably the best insomnia like all the workers are so nice and the environment is nice and clean plus they have a seating area where you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream 10/10 ?
The worst Insomnia Cookies experience ever! She actually handed me the cookies cold. I had to return and ask her to warm them up.
the cashier have the bad attitude for no reason, maybe she worked for a long day but we don’t deserve it.
