I would like to think Timothy, the regional manager, for calling me and resolving or helping me with the problem. and to let me know it was not their company. but the third party company who tried to take my money. so, for that, I would like to thank him for his help and responding in a timely manner. I will change my review. But I would like to leave this other part up to help someone else in need. But a big thank you to Timothy, that's how you handle customer service for the people and your company. A place to order on Uber Eats I had to cancel the order because this place was too far for what I needed it for are power was out we just needed food quickly but instead of them maybe taken out...
We had a delicious brunch! We specifically enjoyed the Brisket Hash and the Rancher’s Benedict. The kids menu was also great and offered a variety of options other than kids menu classics, which we appreciated. Kristy was very friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had a great selection. Our child chose the breakfast combo which gave them the opportunity to try a few different things! Wheelchair accessibility: There were wide aisles between tables, making many tables wheelchair accessible.
We decided to visit this restaurant after checking out of our hotel on our way back to New Jersey. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. Our server, Chrishawn J., recommended that we skip the usual pancakes and eggs to try some of their other dishes, and we’re glad she did. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the steak and eggs, both of which were fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Maryland.
We waited an hour and a half for our food, and I'm not sure why it took so long. Our waiter was friendly, which is a plus. However, the bathroom was in a terrible state—there were paper towels scattered everywhere, and I saw a customer go under the sink to get her own toilet paper. eat good - especially the bun and waffeln. the floor of the restaurant was not as clean as it should be. I ate there at 12:30 a.m. when I asked someone how often it was cleaned, I was told that the floor was cleaned in the morning. I wondered how the kitchen looked.
Really enjoy stopping here for breakfast or lunch on the way back from BWI. Parking: Auto show on Saturday but spaces available in back of bldg and sides.
