The food here is almost always excellent and their menu is full of a variety of choices. Our party of 4 had the Rancher's Benny, veggie frittata, basic breakfast, and breakfast burrito. The Rancher's Benny and veggie frittata were both flavorful and delicious. Not much to say about the basic breakfast--it was very good. The breakfast burrito was judged good, but would have been better with some garnishment (e.g., salsa, guacamole, sour cream). Those of us who had homefries thought they were among the best we've had. First visit and expected more.Kitchen struggled with temperature. Biscuit warm outside cold inside.Over easy eggs were over too easy ,whites really runny, coffee was cold. There is potential here but more attention quality control is needed.Our server very attentive to our concern of tree nut allergy.
We had a very nice time at Iron Rooster. The only thing I would have changed was I would have preferred outside seating. I do understand the staffing issues, so I am not complaining. Our server could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

I ordered the Rancher’s Benny and it did not disappoint. The waitress was very attentive and Blueberry Lemonade Crush was perfect! I love Iron Rooster and will return again and again.
