I and my guests had the worst experience at this restaurant. We had a baby shower here yesterday and it was a disaster. The electric went out as we were welcoming our guests. Very disappointed as a happy event went to a very stressful and uncomfortable time. We went on with the shower thinking things would have worked out as we were told by the owner that it would be. However, it was 85 degrees in the place, no ventilation, they had no back-up in the kitchen and had to work on a camping stove. Food was not full portions, cold especially the chicken and people by this time were very uncomfortable and afraid to eat the food, Along with that a window shade fell down from a large window and hit...
We had picked up food to go after a long day of baseball and a track meet. When we got home, all 4 of our orders were wrong. I called to complain and the manager BROUGHT OVER for new meals to my house!!! He was SO accommodating and so wonderful! I had hungry tired kids and when you open up the bag and find out your order is wrong....you just want to cry. Capri, in my book, is OUTSTANDING with customer service and customer satisfaction!!!
Got better food at Olive Garden. Cold and not fully cooked. Never brought the drinks we ordered to the table. Sat there 40 minutes before they even took our order. Asked to speak to the manager (Armando). Did nothing to rectify the situation plus he appeared to be harassing one of the waitresses. (Looked like a young girl). Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.

food, server and wine all really good. I have 1 pet peeve. We dined early with plenty of open tables. WHY? do you seat someone at the table next to us, so close its communal dining. You could stand 1 less table along the windows to give diners some conversational privacy. It literally ruined my dinner. Couple next to us was clearly uncomfortable too.
Very disappointed we had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time to even be seated. They seemed to be overwhelmed. Once seated, 10 minutes before a server approached us so overall set a bad tone for dinner......food good as usual.
Very experienced and knowledgeable wait staff. The food is very fresh, creative, and served at the correct temperature. For our birthday celebration, they even put rose petals on the table. They know how to make people feel special.
Always a great meal among good hosts and servers Brain, the owner, is welcoming and both Dom and Dan are superior servers. Food is always hot and served promptly. Drinks are fine and always as ordered.
