Oh my goodness! I just happened to be passing by the area where Island Provisions is located and decided to stop in and try it out! THE BOMB!! Its a cute little place and the owner is very nice. What caught my attention was the fruit and vegetable decor on the windows. I ordered a Jerk Chicken salad for me and a Mango Chutney salmon salad for my mom, which was freshly made! The mango chutney gave the salmon a sweet, spicy, kick, that was just right! The jerk chicken salad was great too! I frequently drive down Springfield Boulevard and never noticed or knew about this restaurant until today, despite its close proximity to my house. I am grateful that I discovered it because the food is incredibly fresh and organic. The presentation of the dishes is impressive, and the packaging is careful and pristine. I requested extra dressing for my salad and was pleasantly surprised by the sauce container, which had a convenient attached lid that could be easily opened and was wrapped securely. Space is clean and cozy. No available seating spots inside. You have to wait to grab your food. Huge plus long menu with clean nutrient rich food as smoothies, juices, salads, soup, also sandwiches and etc. absolutely UNIQUE variety of teas and pre cocktails. After hearing my neighbor praise this restaurant constantly, I finally decided to check it out for myself. I was impressed to find out that their food is made to order, so I called ahead and my meal was ready when I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly woman and a young girl upon entering. I ordered a tasty hot honey latte with Oatmilk and the avocado toast, both of which were delicious. I came here twice , first time was with my son and the owner I believe was so pleasant and kind to us ? I ordered a salmon salad which was delicious, fresh juice and he had a smoothie ? 2nd time I came I had the avocado toast which was delicious, green juice which taste so good and the fruit refresher which was very refreshing as well . The place is clean , they allowed my son to use their bathroom which was surprisingly very clean . Overall great place and I will recommend.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I decided to try something on the healthier side. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Jerk Chicken Caesar salad was, as well as the accompanying bread. I appreciated the care taken in packaging the food to prevent any spills during transportation. I hope they continue to maintain this level of quality! The Banana Nut Bread was also excellent.
What an amazing experience! Every dish on the menu is delicious. Island Provisions places great emphasis on top-notch service and communication with their patrons. It's a lovely family-owned establishment. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. I always recommend it to others at the boxing gym. Thank you to the entire team!

I highly recommend trying the Coconut Curry Rice bowl and Brain boost smoothie at this restaurant. The flavors are excellent and not too strong. Well done!
