They have an inadequate food supply system. Making a point of sale and not truly having the goods. No willingness to truly accommodate the customers and argue with as if your wrong for ordering and waiting 20-30+ mins to just say we can’t do this. On top of price points that are astronomically above true market value. I tried this place again and they served me raw snapper, the chef( cook not polite staff always on they’re cell phone. Just a straight no go until the staff is trained properly or replaced with people of compassion and dignity when it comes to cooking and serving the people of its communities.
I've had a bad experience before but thought I would give it another try because my daughter requested it. Once again the people who work there are the most rudest. Lady asked me to move so she could wait on someone else that she was familiar with. After asking a question about side orders, she then directed me to her boss. He was extremely rude after I asked him about the side ordersHe had the audacity to ask me move so he could wait on a familiar customer. These people have no respect for black Americans. Smdh, racism from the same color of skin.
OMG count your days IQThey used to be really good and then their portions sizes started to become smaller, customer service declined and the food wasn't as great.I ordered the Cajun Salmon and the Salmon was dried out, the rice and peas was hard, and smelled semi-spoiled, turn your heat lamps df down, it dries out the food. I can't believe that you sold this. Feed your family that bullsh**I tried supporting this business, being a Jamaican myself, but I'm so vexed and disappointed in unnu. A Waste establishment, go to Tashes Ankh or Judy's.
Just visited the store. I waited approximately 30 minutes for 2 regular orders! There was no word given guarding the wait time, nor was any assurance of my order coming soon given. When I asked (after 20 minutes! , about how soon I could expect my order, I was looked at like I was bothersome. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. No consideration given to the customers, in word or in attitude. Disappointing when you go out of your way to support local businesses and they act as if they are doing you a favor.

I called the restaurant to place an order for two fried fish with rice and peas, along with some pineapple ginger juice. I have to say, Ryan was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my meal, the staff was incredibly kind and courteous, and the service was quick. I definitely have to come back! The food was great! Food: 5/5
This location was the best. My first time visiting this establishment. I received a complimentary drink while we waited for our meal. I visited the location on Loch Raven yesterday only because it was closer. Food was good customer service not quite like Reigerstown. I will be back. Food: 5/5
I ordered a pineapple ginger drink that tasted diluted, almost like water was added to extend it. I also noticed some black particles floating in it. To make matters worse, the young lady at the front displayed a really unpleasant attitude. I’m so disappointed. Food rating: 1/5.
I’m not sure why I keep giving the patties a chance. Once again, I’ve been disappointed. The beef patty that my companion ordered looked amazing, but my chicken patty tasted worse than it appeared and was extremely tough. They really shouldn’t be selling this. Food: 2/5.
