Hello, I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and it has always been our favorite. Unfortunately, on 2/10/22, our food arrived cold. When I contacted the restaurant, I was met with the most unhelpful and unfriendly manager I have ever encountered. He insisted that the food couldn't have been cold, essentially calling me a liar. He refused to refund my money or collect the food. I was shocked by his attitude as I have always had good experiences with this restaurant in the past. My son, who has always enjoyed ordering food from this restaurant when he visits Dunfermline, will no longer do so, and neither will I. It's truly unfortunate.
the best true Turkish kitchen I had in the old! so amazing eating and service! we travel months from the year and have eaten in many countries, my man is everywhere a food critic of fine eating to street food and we were super impressed! we had the chicken kebabs (shwarma style) and the children also loved their eating! They were super polite on the phone, we have delivered our eating in less than half an hour and it was the best choice I ordered in dunfermline so far, and we have tried many take-outs here! here and khushis are definitiw the best two in town!
Over 2 hours wait for a delivery , istanbul is defo not what it used to be. Phoned up once to ask where the food was and was told it was “with the driver” by a rude and abrupt woman, and then when phoned again (30 mins later), was told that the food had only been made 20 mins ago and they blamed it on the delivery driver. Food was average, never ordering again… AVOID!
Ordered about for delivery at turned up at foods good but been working all dexteday, so binned, not what I expected, really bad management, but will say food brilliant but to tired to eat, advice early order I think

Eating is always good, but wait for a delivery over hours. Monday, not happy when the whole house is hungry. what I can say is to take care of their customers.
