I ordered food through DoorDash while visiting from out of town, and my order was completely incorrect. It wasn't even close to what I ordered—wrong items, wrong quantities, no sauces, and the wrong drink. When I contacted DoorDash to resolve the issue, they informed me that the restaurant claimed they were too busy to correct the order. This is a clear example of poor customer service. It seems they don’t prioritize fixing their mistakes or caring about their customers' experiences. I would advise caution when considering this restaurant; I certainly wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
I asked for my wings to be fried extra crispy, but unfortunately, they weren't. If you're looking for great wings, I recommend going to a specialized wing restaurant instead of a place like Chili's. I drove around searching for this spot, only to discover that it was actually located inside Chili's. I don't have any problems with Chili's, but seriously! I thought I'd give it a shot, but it ended up being a mistake.
I ordered from this restaurant for the first time via UberEats, and I was really impressed. I got the 20 boneless wings, and the garlic parmesan flavor was absolutely amazing! I know that many people say the fries are too well-done, but I actually prefer mine on the crispier side, so I loved them. I would definitely order from here again, as long as they maintain their quality!
We ordered a bunch of wings last night and they were disappointing. The Cajan wasn't spicy at all, but the garlic Parm was. Also the wings are huge and hard to eat and we basically got only drumsticks. We also ordered a chocolate pie and they gave us apple. Gave the place a try and won't be ordering here again

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I have to speak up about the wings at this restaurant. They were overcooked, and the curly fries were lackluster. Unfortunately, the wings were also completely unseasoned.
All three of us chose items from the "3 for Me" menu, along with an appetizer of queso. Our waitress, Brianna, was fantastic and consistently checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory.
We have visited this restaurant before and have consistently experienced excellent service. I ordered the Southwest Salad, and it was absolutely delicious.
