So I took it upon myself to stop by get some cookies for myself and my parents before I departed for IL a few weeks ago.The ever so popular cookie flavor there is the prized Snickerdoodle cookies. I'm absolutely in love with the cookies here! I don't visit Maryland often, but whenever I do, I make sure to stop by. I don't know what they put in these cookies, but there's always a line waiting for them!
The cookies are absolutely amazing, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not friendly at all; you place your order, they take your card, and that's the extent of the interaction!
Exceptional customer service! The Snickerdoodle chocolate chip cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but the quality was excellent. Plus, the prices are fantastic!
